Joint IMA / SUMS Event: Careers and Employability Mini-Conference, a talk by Sherry Zhang and Danny Bland
Abstract
The speakers will talk about their career journeys since graduation to their present positions. They will talk about how they got their jobs, the application procedures and interviews. They will also describe what they do in their present positions, the positives and negatives. There will be leaflets handed out regarding preparing for interviews, creating your own CV, writing covering letters, and careers and employability workshops.
Refreshments will be provided
No charge is made to attend meetings; non-IMA members are welcome.
