IMA Exponential Mentoring Scheme
IMA Exponential is a mentoring programme which matches mentors and mentees from across the IMA membership. The scheme is open to all IMA members, regardless of their experience level or job role.
What is IMA Exponential?
Our platform has been designed to facilitate voluntary, mutually beneficial relationships between a more experienced member (mentor) and a less experienced member (mentee). The mentor provides guidance, support, and encouragement to the mentee, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge, and to achieve their career goals. Mentors and mentees can also manage their communications and meetings through the platform and can even register to be both.
