Aims and scope
The mission of this quarterly journal is to publish mathematical research that can be directly used or has demonstrable potential to be used in the management of profit, not-for-profit, and governmental/public organisations.
The hallmark of the journal is the central position of mathematical modelling and analysis and the equal valuation of theory and practice.
The research must be original, important, and rigorous. The exposition of the research must satisfy the requirements for reproducibility. The journal also publishes novel meta-analyses of the literature, reviews of the “state-of-the art” in a manner that provides new insight, and genuine applications of mathematics to real-world problems in the form of case studies.
The journal welcomes submissions from Operations Researchers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, Financial Modellers and Actuaries, Statisticians, Applied Mathematicians, Industrial Engineers, Econometricians, and their colleagues in multi-disciplinary projects.
