Once a year, members who represent the IMA as Academic Representatives within universities convene to build their community, share knowledge, and to network. This year’s event will take place at De Morgan House on 21st June and we look forward to welcoming attendees in person.
This will be a part-hybrid event, so if you cannot come in person due to other commitments then you will be able to attend the first part of the day online.
The afternoon will allow ample time for networking as this was previously voiced as being valued most by reps.

De Morgan House is a 3-minute walk from Russell Square station and a 10-minute walk from Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations.
Please be aware that De Morgan House is inside the central London congestion zone and there is only metered street parking available in the area. Find the nearest NCP car parks here.
The IMA will be able to reimburse reasonable travel expenses for up to two people from each institution. Instructions on how to claim back expenses will be included in your confirmation email.
