Big Data Analytics and its Applications, a talk by Steve King (R² Data Labs, Rolls-Royce)
Abstract
Phrases such as Big Data and Cloud computing are now in everyday use and many people are now accessing cloud environments offered by their broadband service providers to store music and photographs. This talk will offer a personal view of how this technology has evolved over the past 15 years and will offer an overview of some of the analytic capability that’s in use within the aerospace industry.
