The Council of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications are pleased to invite nominations for The IMA David Youdan Medal 2024.
The IMA David Youdan Medal was established in honour of David Youdan who served with distinction as IMA Executive Director from 2002 to 2021.
The medal is awarded biennially to a member of the IMA, or its professional staff, for sustained outstanding contribution to the aims and objectives of the IMA.
Nominations should be accompanied by a supporting statement (maximum 1000 words) signed by two Fellows of the Institute, and sent to the IMA Governance Manager emma-jane.wheal@ima.org.uk by 26 January 2024.
The recipient will receive a sterling silver medal, a certificate, and a financial award of £1000.
