Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee is responsible for supporting the Institute's governance through fair, transparent and inclusive nomination processes. The Committee helps identify and develop future leaders, supports succession planning, reviews the balance of skills and diversity across Council and its committees, and makes recommendations on appointments and nominations both within the IMA and to external bodies. Its work helps ensure the Institute has the expertise, representation and leadership needed to deliver its goals, objectives and charitable aims.
