IMA Exponential is a mentoring programme which matches mentors and mentees from across the IMA membership.

IMA Exponential is an exclusive mentoring programme for IMA members, connecting mentors and mentees from across the membership. The scheme is open to all members, regardless of career stage or job role.

Our platform has been designed to facilitate voluntary, mutually beneficial relationships between a more experienced member (mentor) and a less experienced member (mentee). The mentor provides guidance, support, and encouragement to the mentee, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge, and to achieve their career goals. Mentors and mentees can also manage their communications and meetings through the platform and can even register to be both.
