```htmlAs your career develops and your experience grows, your membership grade should progress too, ensuring you receive the full recognition and benefits that reflect your achievements. You can apply to upgrade your membership at any time. If your application is successful, the annual subscription rate associated with your new grade will be applied and collected as part of the normal renewal process in January.
Please note there is a transfer fee to apply to the Advanced Membership grades, as below.
